The Team at AME was referred to me by a Former Boat Builder. I reached out to him for help because of the complexity of the job I had at hand in both scope of work and location of my yacht along with a very tight schedule. He gave me the contact info along with a high recommendation. Once I made contact with the AME Team everything started to come together quickly and efficiently. They found and procured the parts I needed, got all the international paperwork together to get their specialty equipment and parts in and out of Mexico as the yacht was located in South Mexico. They set of their technician's travel, lodging and transportation for the exact window of time that I had requested and finished the work on budget and in the allotted timeline that I gave them and needed. The quality and workmanship were perfect, and the final result was what I wanted and to say the least I am a perfectionist by nature. I met Rich 13 years ago when I first took the job our boat was out of the water, and that's how I was introduced to AME. I had been using another company in the yard, but I wasn't happy with their work. Rich did the shaft work back then, and ever since, we've used AME for alignment, shaft, and vibration analysis. It's a very professionally run company. What sets AME apart is the professionalism. Rich and his team are very neat and clean, and they really take care of their surroundings. He's got good people guys that have been with him for a long time. Janelle usually works on our boat, and it's easy to keep coming back because they always do great work.

Had a lighting strike, as a result motors were affected. After manufacture repaired what they could motors were still under performing. Several phone calls with engineers on this motor they determined motors were performing fine although we were missing 200 tursn and 4 kts and doubled the hole shot time. AME was contacted to do what they do and discovered we were down 150hp per side. Manufacture still didnt beileive this was possible. So motors were removed and dyno on two different dynos. They came back with in a few numbers of AME report! AME stood firm by their results out the gate when manufacture pushed back. Turns out AME was right! The techs that came out were great and very knowledgeable!

AME surpassed expectations --- excellent communication, showed up when they said they would, and delivered. We had "eccentric" rotation on a drive adapter that a surveyor flagged as a major issue. Through their analysis, AME was able to prove it was visual only and properly balanced. No vibration or risk of mechanical damage. Saved the sale, a lot of time, and money. I highly recommend their services.

Ever since 2013, when we added new locomotives to the fleet, AME has been our go-to for all alignment work. Our collaboration began almost by chance when a team member found AME, but it quickly became evident that they were the experts we needed in the field. Advanced Mechanical Enterprises has been doing laser and optical drive train alignments and vibration analysis for us (Cable Marine) here in Fort Lauderdale for many years. With the research support of AME, we were able to source our parts and supplies in advance of our shipyard period. AME's team was ready to start once we were released to commence work which is always a variable, but they were ready when we were ready. There is definitely a huge improvement with the new mounts at all rev ranges. Especially at idle. And vibration throughout interior is massively reduced. So we are very please as you can imagine.

Junel and Jose worked hard and did a great job fitting the new mounts, taking all loading measurements and alignment readings to achieve an almost perfect result. Junel showed me the final measurements, and they were very good.
