Mackenzie was recruited by AME in June of 2019 as a Facilities Maintenance & Inventory Coordinator. She is responsible for overseeing the company assets and maintaining inventory. Mackenzie is a recent grad from South Broward High School where she was a part of the Marine Magnet Program. Participating in events like MIASF’s Plywood Regatta and the International Waterway Cleanup, Mackenzie was very involved in the marine community during her childhood and in high school. She also won first place in FAU’s Seaperch Finesse Challenge and came in third place in the SkillsUSA Marine Service Technology contests. She plans on pursuing a degree in marine engineering at Broward College while having hands-on experience in the field.
