Jorge joined AME in 2014 as a Mechanic and quickly rose to the position of Field Service Engineer. Today, he serves as our Reliability Sales Engineer, representing and selling condition monitoring, alignment, and electrical diagnostic technologies from Fluke Corporation/Pruftechnik Group and All Test Pro. A native of Cuba, Jorge earned his Mechanical Engineering degree in 1993. His career began aboard luxury yachts, where he gained valuable experience as a crew member. While on land, he worked as a concierge, translator, driver, and guide at Marina Hemingway in Havana, assisting yacht owners and crews. He also played a key role in yacht and charter sales.
