- Repair a pump on a private island in the Caribbean
- Perform a laser cardan shaft alignment on a 200' megayacht
- Pinpoint the cause of a complex vibration issue on a fishing vessel in Victoria, British Columbia
- Develop a new technical skill set and become certified in various equipment/analyzers
