Welcoming Richcardee, AME's New Apprentice

We’re proud to recognize our newest Field Service Apprentice, Richcardee, who started with AME through the Junior Achievement (JA) six-month pre-apprenticeship program and is now continuing his path in the two-year MIASF Yacht Apprenticeship Program.

Richcardee joined AME with an interest in mechanical systems and the maritime industry, and quickly demonstrated a hands-on approach to learning and contributing in the field. 

We believe that investing in programs like JA and MIASF creates real opportunities and builds a pipeline for the next generation of skilled professionals. 

We’re glad to have him on the team and look forward to seeing where his career continues to grow!
