Welcoming Our Newest Team Members

We’re excited to welcome three new faces to the AME team! At AME, our people are our greatest asset, and each new addition strengthens our culture and impact.

·Kevin joins AME as a Field Service Engineer. He first connected with AME as an intern while completing his Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering at Florida Atlantic University, where he was also an active member of the Society of Hispanic Professional Engineers. Kevin brings prior internship experience from Gulfstream Design Group and St. Augustine Land and Sea Tours, where he performed maintenance and service on both gas-powered and electric golf cart fleets.

·Clayton comes aboard with more than 15 years of experience as a Welder, Fabricator, and Pipe Fitter across industries including defense, industrial, marine, heavy construction, and municipal sectors. His expertise spans MIG, TIG, Stick, and MIG/Flux Core welding, alongside strong technical skills in blueprint reading, equipment maintenance, and repair. Clayton’s depth of knowledge and versatility make him a valuable addition to our shop and field teams.

·Derek joins AME as our inhouse Marketing Specialist. A graduate of Drexel University, he has over 5 years of experience in technology sales and more than 3 years in corporate and nonprofit marketing. He also holds an active Digital Marketing Certificate from Google. Derek thrives on exploring all aspects of business, from sales enablement to marketing and operations and will play a key role in elevating AME’s brand and outreach.
