Welcoming Newest Team Members: Jayme & Yevhen
AME is entering a season of dynamic expansion, driven by our commitment to delivering world-class engineering and mechanical solutions. As we scale our operations to meet the evolving needs of the maritime and industrial sectors, we are focused on attracting top-tier talent that embodies our standards of excellence. To support this momentum, we are currently seeking dedicated professionals to join our team, with open opportunities for Maritime / Mechanical Field Service Engineers, Field Service Technicians, and Welder/Fabricator/Pipe Fitters.
As part of this growth, we are thrilled to officially welcome two highly talented professionals to the AME family: Jayme and Yevhen.
Jayme: Administrative Assistant
Jayme joins AME as an Administrative Assistant, serving as the essential first point of contact and operational support for our headquarters. A graduate of Kutztown University of Pennsylvania, Jayme holds a Bachelor’s degree in Marine Sciences, providing her with a unique industry perspective that aligns with AME’s maritime focus. Her professional background is rooted in managing high-volume, fast-paced environments, where she developed the multitasking expertise required to oversee the diverse needs of our busy front office.
At AME, Jayme’s role is critical to maintaining a professional and organized environment for both our internal teams at our two locations. She manages all front-line communications, ensuring client inquiries are directed with precision, while also coordinating essential company logistics ranging from administrative support to the organization of company lunches and team events. By streamlining these daily workflows and bridging the gap between our office and field staff, Jayme’s dedication to detail ensures that AME’s internal culture and client service remain seamless and reliable.
Yevhen: Maritime Field Service Engineer
We proudly welcome Yevhen, who joins our Engineering Department with over 10 years of hands-on experience in Maritime Mechanical Engineering. Yevhen graduated with a Bachelor of Engineering from Kherson State University and furthered his education by completing a Master’s degree in Shipbuilding and Ship Power Plants Operation.
Yevhen’s deep technical knowledge is rooted in his extensive time as a Mechanic Engineer for companies like SONGA SHIPMANAGMENT LIMITED and Spliethoff. His career has focused on maximizing vessel reliability through meticulous Planned Maintenance System (PMS) compliance, including performing main engine crankcase inspections and managing fuel injection equipment. He also has significant experience in engine room watch-keeping, maintaining all critical machinery, and leading junior engineers on safety, training, and work plans.
The addition of Jayme and Yevhen maximizes AME’s commitment to investing in the best talent. Their diverse skills and shared passion for excellence will be invaluable as we continue to provide innovative solutions across the maritime and industrial industries. Please join us in extending a warm AME welcome to Jayme and Yevhen!
