Welcoming Donna Lindenmayer to the AME Team

We’re excited to welcome Donna Lindenmayer as AME’s new Accountant/Office Manager.

Donna steps into this role following Eric Matzuga, who supported AME as our accountant for over six years before relocating to Jacksonville, Florida. We thank Eric for his contributions over the years and wish him all the best in this next chapter.

She brings a strong background in accounting, finance, and HR/operations, with years of experience supporting executive teams, managing financial processes, and ensuring compliance across complex organizations. Throughout her career, she has led the implementation of accounting systems, supported audit processes, and developed procedures that improve efficiency across departments.

Her experience spans everything from payroll and financial reporting to internal controls and regulatory compliance, giving her a well-rounded perspective on how financial operations support the overall health of a business.

Originally from Staten Island, New York, Donna grew up in a family of steamfitters, making her a natural fit for AME’s hands-on, engineering-focused environment. She brings not only machine shop experience, but also a practical understanding of the industries we serve.
