Rich Merhige Honored at MIASF Annual Awards

We were so proud to see Rich recognized alongside Rafael Ramirez, a fellow advocate for mentorship and education. Congratulations also to Vicki Abernathy on receiving the Golden Anchor Award and Michelle Terorotua for the Award of Excellence.

We attended the Marine Industries Association of South Florida's Annual Awards Luncheon at the beautiful Lauderdale Yacht Club. It was a fantastic event, and we couldn’t be prouder of our President, Rich Merhige, for being honored with the prestigious Marine Industry Champion Award, through his participation in the MIASF Yacht Service Technician Apprenticeship program

This program is all about investing in people, building vital skills, and guiding the next generation of maritime professionals. "Each year, the apprenticeship program gets stronger, and it’s inspiring to see the difference we’re making in young lives. I encourage everyone to get involved and support this mission," Rich shared during his acceptance speech.
