Marine News: Running Gear Service After a Mishap
We recently completed a running gear service trip for a yacht that had, unfortunately, ran aground. We performed numerous services, including completing an alignment assessment, replacing thrust bearings and couplings, replacing bearings and seals on the rudder, and removing interferences such as cover plates. All of these crucial maintenance tasks help to ensure that the yacht can safely return to sea!
