IWBS Recap: AME's 16th Year Connecting with Commercial Maritime
AME recently concluded another highly successful year at the International WorkBoat Show (IWBS) in New Orleans. Marking our 16th consecutive year as an exhibitor. IWBS is one of the largest global trade events for the maritime industry, bringing together over 12,000 industry professionals and 500+ exhibitors from 50 countries. Our presence underscores AME’s deep commitment to the vital Commercial Maritime sector of workboats. This annual event is the cornerstone for connecting with the operators, builders, and suppliers who power the defense, security, and utility marine sectors.
Driving Vessel Reliability and Condition Monitoring
Our team utilized the time at the Ernest N. Morial Convention Center to focus on advanced solutions for operational excellence. We engaged in essential discussions with vessel owners, operators, shipyards, and captains on maximizing vessel reliability and minimizing costly downtime across their fleets.
A primary theme was our expertise in condition monitoring and predictive maintenance. We demonstrated how AME’s advanced engineering solutions drive greater efficiency across commercial fleets, including tow boats, research vessels, highspeed passenger boats, ferries, and pilot vessels. These direct interactions ensure we understand the real-world operational challenges and can continue to deliver the specialized engineering support that the maritime industry relies on.
The energy in New Orleans reaffirmed the vitality of the Commercial Maritime community. AME is proud to remain a steadfast leader in what we do and look forward to building on the relationships forged at IWBS as we continue to deliver essential reliability and engineering support throughout the industry.
