Hiring An Accounts Administrator

We're hiring an Accounts Administrator to support the Accounting Supervisor and the Office Manager by handling bookkeeping and various financial and clerical tasks. Key responsibilities include assembling, reviewing, and coding vendor invoices, entering credit card receipts, preparing A/P reports and tracking processed work. The role also involves setting up client net terms. Essential skills for this position include attention to detail, strong organizational and problem-solving abilities, and effective communication. Proficiency in Quickbooks, MS Office Suite, particularly Excel. Two years of experience is required. Candidates must be legally eligible to work in the United States and possess a valid Florida driver's license with a clean driving record.
