Celebrating Milestones: Marlon & Danilo's Work Anniversaries

At AME, we’re proud to celebrate the dedication and longevity for two of our team members. This month, these valued employees mark an incredible milestone here at AME.

Marlon is celebrating his 24th year this September. He began his career here at AME in 2002 as a welder and has advanced through the years to become a Senior Field Service Technician, trusted in his hands-on knowledge and problem-solving in the field. Marlon reflects, “I started as a welder and then saw other guys working on laser alignment, and Rich and the AME team gave me the opportunity to learn that and build more skills as a machinist, laser, optical alignment, and vibration analysis.”

Danilo is celebrating his 23rd year also this September, joined AME in 2003.  Also hired as a welder, he has grown into his role as Lead Machinist, bringing unmatched expertise and precision to every project. As Danilo shares, “I love AME because they gave me the opportunity to move up over the years and advance my career.”
