AME Supports Future Leaders at JA Impact Breakfast

The breakfast brought together influential leaders and JA Board Members, including Christine Shaw, Geoffrey Horst, and Jennifer Starkey, whose collaboration continues to enhance real-world learning experiences.

AME proudly celebrated its ongoing commitment to corporate social responsibility at the Junior Achievement (JA) of South Florida Impact Breakfast. The event marked the opening of three new storefronts at JA World, including a space sponsored by Florida Power & Light (FPL), with additional contributions from Valley Bank and Art in the Park by Sandra Moss (Moss & Associates Construction).

AME’s commitment to future talent is led by Chief Administrative Officer Christine Battles, Creator and Co-Founder of the Sea The World storefront. Developed in partnership with Megan Lagasse of Pier Sixty-Six, this interactive space serves as a dedicated hub for introducing students to diverse career pathways in the maritime industry

AME continues to support educational initiatives that prepare young people for success in the maritime sector. We extend sincere thanks to all partners and contributors for helping advance JA’s mission and supporting the continued growth of the Sea The World program that has been thriving since its inception in 2019.
